Concentration
Give the movement your full attention.

Thoughtful, apparatus-based sessions with Nicola Eve, shaped around your body, your experience and the way you want to feel.
No crowded class and no pressure to keep up. Just careful observation, purposeful movement and a practice that develops with you.

A calm, private setting where the pace is unhurried and the attention is entirely yours.
Every session is one-to-one, giving us the space to notice what your body needs and adapt the work as you progress. Come exactly as you are.
Nicola’s teaching is rooted in the classical tradition she learned through Romana’s Pilates. Each movement prepares the body for what follows, developing strength, mobility, coordination and control as a whole.
Give the movement your full attention.
Move with intention, never momentum.
Organise movement from a connected centre.
Let quality lead every repetition.
Create rhythm, space and support.
Let one movement lead into the next.

Springs, straps, bars and body weight make movement more intelligent. Resistance gives useful feedback—sometimes supporting you, sometimes asking for greater control.
Your practice begins with what matters to you. Progress may look like greater strength, easier movement, more awareness—or simply feeling more at home in your body.
Build a connected centre and strength that supports everyday movement.
Discover more balanced ways to sit, stand and move.
Create more freedom through control, without forcing flexibility.
Rebuild confidence after time away, at a considered pace.
Make purposeful space for yourself in a busy week.
Understand how you move and what your body is capable of.
If you are recovering from injury or surgery, Pilates should complement—not replace—advice from your qualified healthcare professional.

Pilates came into my life during one of its hardest chapters. While my late husband was unwell, it gave me somewhere to breathe, move and return to myself.
What began as a personal refuge became a quiet source of strength—and, in time, a calling. Pilates showed me how much can change when movement is approached with patience, attention and care.
I trained in the classical method through Romana’s Pilates so I could offer that same sense of possibility to others. Today, I teach one person at a time: looking closely, listening carefully and creating a session for the body in front of me.
Strength begins with attention.
The aim is not simply to complete a movement. It is to understand it, refine it and carry what you learn into the way you stand, walk and move through everyday life.

Not at all. Every session begins from where you are, with clear guidance and time to learn.
We begin with a conversation, then explore a considered selection of movements so Nicola can understand what will serve you best.
Comfortable clothes you can move freely in are ideal. Your comfort comes first.

Sessions can be adapted thoughtfully, but Pilates is not medical treatment. Please follow advice from your healthcare professional.
